2025 Spring Move-In
Move-In:
- Thursday, January 2 - Sunday, January 5: All Residents
Move-In Appointments Open:
Make move-in appointments at My Housing. Students will receive time-tickets to select a move-in appointment beginning on the following dates:

Area Office Check-in
January 2-5: All residents
Where: Check-in will be at your area office.
When: Arrive at the office at the time of your move-in appointment
What to prepare for:
- Park and go into the area office with student's photo ID and check-in ticket (QR code emailed to them) in hand.
- At the office, new residents will receive their key(s) and/or BuzzCard.
- Please note that some residents will not receive a physical key if their space has been converted to an electronic lock. Their BuzzCard will act as their key to exterior and interior residential doors. All residents still must check in at the area office.
- After checking in, residents will begin unloading using available bins.
Incoming Transfer Students
Incoming transfer students who are attending FASET on Friday, January 3, will receive their BuzzCard during orientation during the resource fair. Please see a staff member at the Housing and Residence Life table. If you are unexpectedly unable to attend FASET, please pick up your BuzzCard from the Area Office starting January 3.
